This app has genuinely simplified our entire returns and exchange process. This app is very useful for managing returns and exchanges. The process is simple, easy to understand, and helps maintain records smoothly in shopify. A small improvement area would be the courier pickup service, as some pickups get cancelled without proper attempts.
