I have had some questions about how to do something that maybe wasn't "out of the box" and the team has been amazing with my requests for a little visual tweak here or there. It was such a struggle to find an app that could manage the promotion I wanted to create and I know I'll want to create in the future. This is the one! I had a few questions (quite a few) and needed some help and the response time was almost immediate and my questions were very quickly answered and problems resolved. Amazing service. One issue couldn't be resolved and as it was over the weekend I was promised they would come back to me on Monday......not only did they follow up on Monday, the issue was very quickly resolved.
