Amazing app, fantastic features, and truly outstanding support! I recently moved to Brevo from Klaviyo, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The platform itself is amazing — it offers powerful features, and what makes it even better is the pricing model. As a small business, being charged based on actual email and web push sends (instead of subscriber count) is a huge plus! What truly stood out for me, though, was the incredible support team. I’m fairly new to email marketing and honestly a bit clueless with the technical stuff — but Brevo made everything feel easy. I had the pleasure of interacting with Sowbagya, and I can’t thank her enough. She was extremely patient, explained everything clearly, and even went the extra mile by handling a few steps from her end to make things smoother for me. Her support was genuine and kind — and left me feeling confident and cared for. I’m genuinely impressed by how responsive and helpful the entire Brevo team has been.
