I had originally posted a positive review when I started using this app in 2021, but things have changed. I am now completely dissatisfied with this app and company. I have been using this app in conjunction with another app offered by this developer. A month ago, I installed the latest update of the other app, called Volume Boost. Yesterday I discovered that this Bulk Product Options app was not working correctly and my customers were being undercharged for my products, causing me to lose money. The response I got when I asked for help, was that the new upgrade of VolumeBoost was not compatible with Bulk Product Options and I needed to revert back to the old version of VolumeBoost if I wanted things to operate correctly. I have been paying for both of these apps and I should expect them to be able to work together to help run my business efficiently. Instead I am told that I cannot use the latest version and I need to revert back and I have lost money and this has created headaches for me to deal with. This experience has also left me with distrust of this company all together and I will be seeking other options. I do not recommend this company or any of their apps. Show more
