I've been using EasyFlow for a while now, and it's revolutionized the way customers interact with my products. The ability to create unlimited product options and variants is a game-changer, especially for stores offering personalized items. Outstanding App and unbelievable customer service support, if I could give 10 stars for EasyFlow, I would! If you have any options in your store I would wholeheartedly endorse this App to do whatever you need quickly and easily. We had been using the BOLD Options App for years as it was about the only one out there at the time that could deal with the complexity of our endless product options but it was frustratingly slow to operate and cumbersome to use and the customer service was really poor. Admittedly since that App was sold on to the current group, customer service improved dramatically but the App didn't, it's stayed the same and was so bad to use that it actually delayed us putting new product on, as no one wanted to have to work with it. EasyFlow by comparison operates without a time delay between sequences, is far easier to set up product, and when you have a load of similar but all slightly different product that all need their own set of options and rules, with EasyFlow, its a question of a few clicks of the mouse to set up the next 'nearly the same' product, saving hours or painful work using the BOLD App. EasyFlow out performs the BOLD Options App by a factor of about 10, oh, and it's 75% cheaper!
