I have been using this app for 4 years now. In the past, when AMAI was smaller I was able to get support immediately and speak directly with a developer that was able to solve issues immediately. However, now I am in the process of transitioning my shop to a new theme and am having a bit of trouble with this app in doing so. This time around there is a "Customer Support" team that is absolute rubbish. They know nothing about the app or products they are selling, and in typical fashion with bad support they don't even properly read your questions and respond in a meaningful way, but instead will respond with a boilerplate response that is meaningless. I even specifically asked if I could be put in touch with one of their devs directly but was told no. We used this app so much that the team at AMAI even contacted me for an interview, and published that interview on their website. It was all positive, but that was before I most recently requested support and got no help at all. I'm disappointed in the new level of support offered, and if you are building a store that relies a quantity discount app like mine then I would warn you away from using an app with such bad support. I'm willing to update this review if the issues are solved, but as of now, with support having gone down the drain the experience is abysmal. Show more

June 2024: Fantastic customer service, had a problem with the initial setup of the account and I had a customer service agent in touch within 10 minutes. Problem fixed and site working like a dream! What a great team you have. New Edit: July 2024 The people behind Amai are incredible. Once again above and beyond with such a fast response time, I would not be using any other discount app again.
