We can’t recommend PDQ enough. We were looking for a way to level up delivery and really up our delivery experience. The PDQ team dialed up our revenues in a few different ways. Possibly the most impactful was enabling express shipping to our California customers, then helping us make that express option more desirable to increase its selection. California is our biggest and most loyal customer segment and they absolutely love getting their goods super-quickly. The effect this had on our shipping profits has been huge.
