Worst customer service ever. Avoid this app! Their customer service is a total mess. They told me they’d get back to me in 2 hours, but instead, they emailed me for an RMA number after just 21 minutes. When I didn't reply within 5 minutes, they just closed the case. Also, be warned: they never refund unused return labels. When I threatened to file a claim and report them to Shopify, they offered a measly $20 coupon as a bribe snd refunded. Think twice before using this app.
