I like the app but there are a few issues with it. i send large, heavy boxes so if a customer chooses two or three of them then it expects me to send it as one which isn't possible with 20kg boxes. If you send to different countries and you use a vat exempt service for their eori code (business to business) then you loose the vat on the postage too. I have contacted me rep about that but i am not sure where he has gone as i have no response from the last few emails. Sometimes the post code needs to have a space in it ,as well to make it work . hHving said that the postage is good value for money, the customer gets to choose from lots of different services. the collection is very handy and i find the app very easy to use Show more

Awesome customer service, right from the top. I received a call the first day I started using the service and Renata (my personal Packlink assistant) was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the whole setup process. That kind of stellar service is rare these days, so I really appreciate it. Initially wanted to use the service for all non-EU orders only, but figured out that Packlink also offers better rates for my shop's domestic shipments within Germany - basically a no-brainer. Ich habe bereits einige Pakete über Packlink versendet und bin mehr als zufrieden. 1. Die Preise sind sehr gut! 2. Ich habe einen persönlichen Ansprechpartner was für mich sehr ausschlaggebend war, denn ich möchte nicht jedes mal mit einem anderen Sprechen das macht mehr Arbeit. 3. Mir wurde sogar geholfen meinen Shop mit Packlink zu verbinden SUPER SERVICE letztere und wichtigste Punkt war das Packlink einen sehr freundlichen und kompetenten Ansprechpartner hat die mir bei allem geholfen hat.
