5 stelle poichè i benefici sono di molto superiori rispetto ai downside. Pro - Eccellente piattaforma e automazione (importazione ordini) per la gestione di diversi canali di vendita e comparazione tempi consegna / prezzi - Responsabile account, nel nostro caso Davide, sempre disponibile, gentile e che trova sempre una soluzione ai problemi che possono esserci Contro - alcuni ordini vengono aggiornati con molto ritardo sulla piattaforma (un 5-10% degli ordini), i problemi non sono del tutto imputabili a packlink poichè a volte creano diversi problemi le API dei vari corrieri. In qualsiasi caso migliorato questo servizio l'automazione diventa perfetta - su diverse centinaia di spedizioni abbiamo avuto problemi di rottura e/o reclami per perdita-smarrtimento. L'assicurazione nonostante sia stipulata per tutte le spedizioni ha pagato nel 50% dei casi purtroppo. Consiglio di far varare il packaging dal customer center in modo che non ci possano essere problemi futuri nel momento della liquidazione. La bontà di una assicurazione si vede nel momento del bisogno e al momento non è molto chiara la politica a riguardo di packlink, in qualsiasi caso si tratta di problemi di comunicazione interni. Sarebbe ottimo avere un sistema che vada a certificare la conformità della spedizione. utilizzo i servizi di packlink pro da circa 1 anno ed il collegamento automatico con shopify è perfetto! con 1 solo click importo le spedizione sul portale per pagarle direttamente.
