Une très belle application de Tracking avec de la data exploitable et très pertinente. La prise en main et l'integration sont tres simplifié avec une page de tracking visible pour le client avec une vue admin et une vue client. Vous pouvez checker les nombres de jours en transit, voir rapidement ce qui ne va pas pour que le SAV soit proactif, checker le nombre de jour moyen pour une livraison, le type de transporteur etc. Une equipe à l'ecoute, tout ce qu'il faut pour ne plus se prendre la tete et optimiser son service !
