It's great when it works but every few months all the auto-fulfilment rules stop working and I have to delete them and reassign from scratch. It's fairly easy to do but a major hassle when we get free ticket "products" coming through every 2-3 minutes and I suddenly have hundreds to manually click fulfil on on the order page because the automater stops working on a product it'sbeen working perfectly on for weeks. Changed the rating to 4 due to the app team reaching out. When the issue next arise I will contact them and see if the issues can be sorted. Show more
