The Order Automator team and Joe specifically have been fantastic. We used the Order Automator app to add a customers order count to packing slips within the app we use for our packing slips. Whilst this isn't an out of the box feature, Order Automator is fully customisable and after an email to the team, that had this feature sorted for us within a day. We first started using this app to catch fraud orders and that worked great. We then had to start using it to catch orders using discount codes because our inventory system has a bug.
