Very difficult platform to manage. Need to be very careful on syncs because it causes changes to entire Shopify store item information. Lacks field settings and the ones available are extremely difficult to setup. Netsuite has a backend for support that only they can touch and causes changes to your system without your knowledge. Very tedious to maintain. Been using this since I started with Netsuite and this is by far one of the most difficult integrations I have experienced. I use the B2B integration by using tags and a little programming in my platform without the need of buying any additional modules, which is almost $1,000 per month!!! That is CRAZY!!
We were previously using a costly competitor for our order syncing and made the switch over to Netsuite's own ERP Connector. Thus far, we're very happy with this decision: syncing has been consistent and the pricing is much, much better. Netsuite guided our team through the set-up process and has remained responsive. If your business is also a Shopify + Netsuite business, we'd highly consider taking a look at this app for fast and accurate order syncing between the two platforms. Show more

We use the Netsuite Connector for all of our Netsuite integrations for Shopify, Shipstation, and Amazon Seller Central. The app has worked well and is easy to use. Volume of transactions has not been an issue. The shortfall from 5 stars would be the inability to edit some back-end logic and connection without having to reach out to support. Would be awesome as well if the Amazon Settlement reports were summarized for each period for easy Audit and error true up. Otherwise, this fits our needs well. Show more
