I've been using LoyaltyLion for about two years now for two different organization. It's a really great and easy to use platform. It's so user friendly, which really helps when there's training cross-functionally! It's also a great platform if you're running an international rewards program, as you can easily toggle between each country you're managing. I've been able to set up an entire new loyalty rewards program as well as revamp one for a different brand through this! Their CSMs are also incredibly responsive. Our rep especially, Hannah Cook, has been absolutely amazing at helping us through a really intense relaunch of our program, putting absolute care and thoughtfulness into the relaunch as if it were her own brand.
