We’ve been using Loyalty Lion for almost a year now, and we’ve noticed a significant increase in customer engagement thanks to the Rewards Program. The platform is easy to use and quite straightforward. A special mention goes to Jason, who was an absolute star during the implementation process. He was incredibly helpful, always available to assist, and made the entire process seamless and efficient. The support team has also been fantastic—always responsive and quick to help. Our only feedback is that we haven’t had our quarterly reviews as our Success Manager left the company, and we haven’t been contacted regarding a new assignment. Additionally, we would love to see more customization options and the ability to edit the FAQs again. Overall, we’re very happy with Loyalty Lion and the positive impact it has had on our business. Really pleased with the support and implementation process of this app. Libby was always so quick to respond, and if there was ever an issue/changes I needed making to our Loyalty programme landing page, she was on top of it - SO efficient. This is what customer service should always look like. Thanks Libby! In regard to the app itself, we've found it a really fun way to engage with our most loyal customers on a different level - allowing us to give back to them in a non-monetary way.
