The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the time zone difference, so you only get a reply once a day and late at night. But that's personally OK with me because every time we've had an issue, we log in in the morning and the correct answer is always waiting for us. I found BSS Commerce on the Shopify app store and I’ve been thrilled with their level of support so far. Each night I send over questions and requirements and they do their best to accommodate me as soon as they can. My site is a wholesale site and we need to block pricing from our competitors and only show them to approved customers. This meant that I needed to find a solution on the Shopify App store that would accommodate these requirements. Very unhelpful that you can't test any options of the app except when you pay first. What app makes you pay before you can try it, what happened to even a couple of days free trial? the app didn't work for me and little uninstalled it 5min later after testing the function and still got charged. If you would have trust in your product you would not operate like this. Show more

Emma and the team did a fantastic job of assisting me in setting up the three apps that collaborated to bring the settings I required to the homepage. Emma provided assistance not only with the app settings but also with Shopify settings that affected how the app interacted with them. I advise everyone who needs specialized B2B solutions so that their customer interactions can function in a particular way to use these apps. The customer service is so exceptional that they spend numerous hours and exchange several emails to ensure everything is perfect. I heartily endorse these apps. I needed custom features for my new website, and the team really worked hard to make the apps fit into my requirements, changing around Shopify presets and code for me as well, etc. The features on this app are awesome; they seem to fit in well with the features in the other apps and all work together to complete their purpose. Emma and the technicians (Nguyen Xuan Hoang and Cao Xuan Cuong) provided me with a lot of assistance. They communicated effectively, understood what I required, and resolved my problems with little explanation. The B2B Login/Lock & Hide Price app has been incredibly easy to use and has quickly become an integral part of how our B2B website works. It offers a wide range of features that allows us to manage how we want certain functions to work and adapt to the specific customer. It is easy to set up on your own, but as we wanted even more detailed customization, we reached out to Jena and her team - we received an the exceptional level of support from Jena and Dev Nguyen, and it didn't matter how many times we'd go back to ask for more changes they kept working on them until it was perfect for what we wanted and needed. Their level of expertise and knowledge of the app was fantastic, and they were able to help me troubleshoot and resolve any issues that I encountered which made us as an app user feel valued and looked after, and confident if there were ever any issues in future that we could reach out for help.
