BSS B2B Lock, Login & Password

We are very happy with the application. At first we didn't understand how to use it and it didnt comply to our shopify theme, but the support is amazing. Jolie Nguyen and the technician's (Nguyen Xuan Hoang and Cao Xuan Cuong) helpt us every step to set up everything to work perfectly. They made all the changes we needed and even made the look and feel of there options fit well with our website. We also have the add on app Wholesale Solution and the same story for that application. Terrible customer support. I uninstalled the app 7 hours ago and the apps is still functioning on my site (even though I uninstalled it). As a results users are unable to access my site. 7 hours after I contacted the app support nobody came back to me, so basically I wasted the whole working day with users not being able to access my site just because the app can´t be uninstalled and the support team is not coming back to me whatsoever regarding this issue. Even Shopify support was not able to help on this one and told me that basically, I depend on the B2B Login/Lock & Hide Price dev team to solve this issue, which seems to be a ghost team.

The app works flawlessly. We were looking for an app that hides our prices as long as the customer was not logged in. With this app we finally found a solution. The installation was very easy. The app pretty much does what it is supposed to, but that is also kind of expected. What's not as expected is the amazing support interactions with Joy Nguyen and the technicians Hoang Van Luan, Nguyen Quoc Cuong, Trinh Viet Anh. Whatever issue I found on the way they made sure to fix as fast as possible. Sometimes it was a challenge being is widely different timezones while bouncing emails back and forth but the team always delivered. I would recommended this to anyone. Show more

This app is exactly what we needed for certain areas on our site. We had to contact support to get help with our custom theme and get it looking how we wanted. Joy Nguyen and the technician Nguyen Van Huan were amazing. They immediately logged in and fixed everything, answered my questions and giving me enough information for our team to make changes ourselves in future.
