I’ve been using the app for two months now, and everything is great — customer service is excellent. Yes, there’s one thing — and it seems it will be resolved soon — which is allowing the customer to drop a pin on the map to mark their address accurately. Other than that, the app is fantastic. It has made things much easier for me, and I’m now able to manage deliveries comfortably.
Best app if you want to manage last mile delivery. Vikash and his team have been outstanding in adding additional features as per our requirement. Show more
