Love this platform and love that the reviews are integrated with Klaviyo now, makes life so easy. But a big kicker is the fact you cant upload images to your review from your mobile (iPhone) saying the format is not accepted. This is a bit of a disappointment as we all know how important photos can be to a review for some products and this is such an obvious thing to have checked when developing! would be 5 starts if not for this issue! I have left messages on the community pages and tried to contact Klavyio multiple times but it seems their customer support is lacking. Show more
