Update: Klaviyo reached out and resolve the issue; I am giving 4 stars to reflect the resolution. Thanks. -- I subscribed paid plan on last Sunday for $100. I requested for a refund as I realized their UI isn't intuitive and they charge way more than other companies and I have not used for a single day. They just send me an email with their policy saying that they will NOT refund the money even after I explained to their support and the time of contact was within 5 mins of subscription. So tell me anyone who do not agree that this is their tactics that they want to suck all the money they can from new eCommerce store owners like me. Their support is poor and their product isn't as high performing like other people saids, and that's why they have no refund policy. If you are new to eCom business owners, I strongly advise you to stay away from Klaviyo, who does not give a dame about their customers or potential customers. They don't give money back for any reason, even if you have rigimate reason and contact you right away. Please don't get the idea of where people use for half of month and asking for a refund. I requested a refund 5 minutes after I realized their plan wouldn't work for my business. Be aware of this company who will suck your money out of you every chance they get. I would highly recommend Omnisend over Klaviyo and I would stop people from using Klaviyo. Amazed by their lack of professionalism and their policy who doesn't give a damn about people. 0 Star for this institute. Show more
