The app works fine - this app company/process is horrible. I tried it, installed it and deleted it before the trial. Typically when this happens, your account is deleted as well. However, mine was not. I have to contact the company to delete and unsubscribe my account - ok. But through the app store there is no way to get a hold of them. I had to go through shopify help to get to them, and i don't even know if i was sent to the correct spot. Really poor process and customer service to make people jump through hoops to try to find you to unsubscribe. Show more
