Unfortunately, Joy doesn't sync with Klaviyo. I've been trying for days, and since the company is located in Vietnam, their business hours don't align with ours, making it difficult to resolve the issue. Techs haven't been available. Such a bummer. Show more
A little frustrating that the app is still very much in development. I ran into a lot of bugs which took awhile to work around (still working on several, actually...but we've only been setting up the app for a short time now). Kinda half-baked from a coding/development perspective. That being said, the team behind this app are very responsive and helpful. If you have the time and patience to walk through everything, you can get a pretty good thing going. Show more
