Je suis très satisfaite de Joy. C’est de loin la meilleure application de fidélité que j’ai testée — et j’en ai essayé beaucoup. Les fonctionnalités sont complètes, le tarif est adapté, même pour les petites structures, et l’expérience globale est fluide et efficace. Petit bémol toutefois : les traductions ne sont disponibles que sur le plan supérieur, ce qui est un peu dommage. Mais honnêtement, cela reste un détail face à la qualité du service.
