The Joy app has been great for implementing my customer rewards program. I was looking for something that was simple and quick to set up with minimal upkeep to run it. Setting up the app is super easy and once you start the Premium plan it allows you to customize EVERYTHING! I had an issue with the widget not showing up on the website, so I contacted support through their chat. Esther was extremely helpful and figured out the problem in seconds!
