A great app with really friendly, helpful customer service who get back to you straight away. We just moved over from Smile after 4 years as the value for money is way better. Transitioning over 11,000 customers was easy enough and so far we're really happy with it! The only downside is not being able to search for customers by name, as we do a lot of manual alterations so this slows us down a lot, but hopefully this will be implemented in the future. Support is generally pretty immediate as well, Hana has been very helpful :) Show more
