Intelligems: A/B Testing

Thanks to the app we were able to easily set up an A/B test for the checkout which, worked perfectly without any issues or bugs. There were 0 bugs, 0 lags, 0 interuptions all worked. Great Overview of what happens in the app. We now do 5% more revenue :) thanks a lot for their support which is super responsive.

Very buggy and test don't actually work even when support spend 2 months trying to make it work until I get tired and had to move on. Intelligems use to be the biggest one for A/B testing but nowadays they are just outdated compare to the new ones.

We love working with Intelligems! There team is super helpful, and the process to set up AB tests has been very simple. It's absolutely paid for itself! Definitely recommend for brands of any size!

Genuinely love Intelligems. We've used all the testing apps/tools - this is hands down the best. It can do content, pricing, and shipping testing. Our CX team was scared about price testing - we didn't get a single ticket about it which is the ultimate testimate to a job and product well done. We had a very disappointing experience with Intelligems. First, you are required to choose and pay for a plan upfront before even getting started. Then comes a complicated integration process that dragged on for nearly a month, with very little support provided along the way. We were told that if they couldn’t integrate Intelligems into our Shopify store, we would get our money back. Not only did they fail to make the integration work, but they didn’t even bother following through on their money-back promise. In the end, we wasted close to $1,000 on Intelligems without ever being able to properly use the platform. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional — I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
