Intelligems: A/B Testing

Really an excellent app, so easy to use and capable of so many crucial tests - all easily done within the app (no need for coding or tech skills). They have really awesome dashboards - I love the depth of data they show and all the graphs. Really an A++ app - I really did a lot of research to find the best one here and also the pricing is much more reasonable than the others. The pricing is always worth it because what you learn makes you so much more in profits. Show more

nothing wrong with the app, but the support has not been good at all. I had upgraded to the 1k plan since we were doing some price testing. after the price test was done i wanted to downgrade the plan, for some reason it woudnt let me downgrade even after stopping every test that was included for the 1k plan. after asking them to downgrade, they confirmed they will downgrade. after 2 months of not checking it i saw it was still not downgraded, i asked them why it was still not downgraded, they mentioned something about me not confirming it.. then i asked them again to downgrade it after checking another month IT Is still not downgraded and i simply just deleted the app. i have been paying multiple month for a plan i wasnt using. and they keep billing me the full amount, after asking for a refund they just refused... Super innovative and professional app. What I like about them is that, unlike other apps that create their software and then stop updating it, Intelligems keeps adding new features that make A/B testing easier and improve performance.
