Growave: Loyalty & Wishlist

I’ve been using Growave for several years now, and I’ve seen the platform evolve significantly. Their recent app overhaul brought a ton of great improvements, and while I was initially worried about the price increase, my concerns quickly faded once I saw just how much value the app offers. The team at Growave is incredibly dedicated and responsive—they’ve gone above and beyond to accommodate every request I’ve had. It genuinely feels like having a team of web developers right at your fingertips. They're quick to resolve any issues (which is a huge relief when things don’t always go as planned!). Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service, and I highly recommend Growave to anyone looking to level up their business.

This app is amazing. The customer support is always so fast to respond and helpful as well. If you’ve Shopify POS they integrate with the loyalty program. I’ll never switch to another app. Great pricing as well.

The app is very versatile, multi-functional and easy to use. The support is great and extremely responsive. I just started using the app and had a few problems with the way I wanted to use the app, the Growave team was very quick to resolve my own 'workflow' problem which required customization. There are many, many... apps out there to choose from these days and it can be confusing to select the right one which many have overlapping functionality. I've started to trust the feedback/reviews of all these apps which are based on 'real' customer experiences. The Growave app has both of what store owners should look for: 1) simple, effective functionality and 2) Support, Support, Support! Thank you Growave!
