Estou utilizando a Frenet na minha loja desde Outubro de 2021 mas o aplicativo esta apresentando um erro gravíssimo que esta nos trazendo muitos prejuízos, o prazo dos fretes não esta sendo exibidos para os clientes na hora do check-out. Eu abri um chamado com eles em Novembro e através de trocas de emails a equipe de suporte sugeriu que o problema estaria em alguma personalização do meu check-out mas utilizo um tema padrão da Shopify sem alterações no código e alem disso o meu plano nem permite personalizações no código do check out. Estamos no meio de Janeiro de 2022 e até agora o problema não foi solucionado. Nós verdadeiramente gostaríamos muito de continuar utilizando os serviços da Frenet pois fora esse ocorrido tudo esta funcionando bem mas se isso não for resolvido nós vamos ter que encontrar alternativas.
