O aplicativo da frenet esse ano já saiu do ar várias vezes, deixando o nosso site sem cálculo de frete. O pior é que a empresa não avisa os clientes. Bastava informar que o sistema iria cair ou que caiu, mas a gente só descobre quando temos reclamação de clientes tentando comprar. Já reclamei e nada foi feito. Cheguei a conversar com a pessoa responsável pela operação na feira fórum de ecommerce brasil 2022 e foi dito na época que os problemas haviam sido resolvidos e que o sistema não iria voltar a cair e em caso de cair seria avisado aos clientes. Depois da feira já voltou a cair mais de 3 vezes e nada foi avisado. Estou muito insatisfeito com o APP e procurando outras alternativas para largar a frenet. Show more
