Anna's support was amazing! The app functionality not so much. I wasted a lot of time following instructions, again and again, and nothing was happening. The first girl that try to help me seemed like didn't actually have the skills and knowledge to actually help, I wasted a lot of time talking to her. Anna instead, resolved all my issues in just a few minutes, and she was very kind, my site looks perfect now thanks to her, but the app wasn't functional nor user friendly at all for me but at the end I got the results I was looking for. I was frustratingly messing with the colors in my theme to get my custom font to change to white for "body" messages and after 3+ hours I gave up. I decided as a last ditch effort to send a request to the Fontify support team. Within seconds Susan contacted me and helped me with my problem. This was my first collaboration request and Susan was extremely patient and clear. She double checked and clarified everything on every step. I have to say bravo to her customer service, polite and efficient! The APP also works extremely well and is easy to use. Have had no hiccups with it at all! Show more
