Due to the complexity of my store, Flits did not work straight out the box and a lot of customisation to correct. This took a few days work, but the developers were there from the start and got everything working exactly how it should. It works great and integrates with Klaviyo to automate a lot of the notifications and bring customers back for repeat orders.
