Shipway is a huge fraud company. Before activating your account, they call you repeatedly, and they even assign you a POC (point of contact). But after your account is activated and you’ve placed an order, they completely neglect your orders. They haven’t arranged a pickup for me for the past 10 days. Worst service from any shipment company ever. They will stop your COD remittance and block your account without any reason and they do not have any contact number. You can only create tickets on which they will never reply. Better go for Nimbuspost and Shiprocket at least they will not steal your money. Show more
