They don't take responsibility for ensuring delivery of orders let alone in time. Experienced so many losses due to their ill-managed systems. They asked us to raise tickets since they can't respond on call, since they are always "busy in meetings". Tickets don't get any resolutions, and are often closed without so much as a response from the support team. POC's don't respond. They say you won't get attention until your order volume is high. How exactly will our order volume increase if they keep messing up the deliveries? Even the tracking details often contain misinformation like 'Shipper Not Available for Pick-Up', which is outrageous and alarming, when no pick-ups were assigned. Our company's reputation is at stake if we continue with them. Extremely disappointed at the onset, will definitely not continue with them once our funding comes through and our order volume increases. Show more
