英語⇔日本語で使い方の問い合わせをしましたが、チャットでスムーズに解決できました。英語で問い合わせる必要はあるものの、いまどき翻訳アプリはたくさんあるので、使用方法で迷うことは無いかと思います。 I made inquiries regarding the usage in English and Japanese, but I was able to resolve the issue smoothly through chat. I believe there will be no confusion regarding the usage.

Exceptional Flexibility and Outstanding Support We installed this program for evaluation purposes, and it has proven to be incredibly flexible — exactly what we needed for our complex technical product. One of the standout features is the ability to dynamically show compatible accessories based on the specific options selected by the customer. This is a game-changer for us. Instead of explaining which accessories work with which configurations, the customer now simply selects their product options and instantly sees only the relevant accessories. It saves us time and prevents confusion — brilliant! As for the support — I’m genuinely impressed. Initially, I wasn’t completely happy with how the cart behaved after selecting options and hitting the "Add to Cart" button. The team immediately understood the logic behind my concern, responded quickly, and proposed a perfect solution. They implemented it right away, and now everything works exactly as it should. If I could give more than 5 stars for the support team, I absolutely would. Outstanding job!

Soy bastante nueva ocupando la app, recién una semana, pero el equipo de soporte de chat, Clove o Lin entre otros, han sido de mucha ayuda. Me han ayudado a configurar y se han hecho cargo de los cambios colaterales que han ido apareciendo. Por lo pronto estoy conforme. Espero descubrir más utilidades.
