Switched to Easify from Bold Product Options and we could NOT be more impressed. We used the Premium version of Bold Product Options and it worked great for over a year. After being acquired by SC, the app became unusable and extremely slow. Easify has a much better UI, and is 1/3 the cost with even more options. Instantly syncs with our store and new options are loaded in no time. Very impressed and our only regret is not trying Easify sooner. Show more
Very slow customer service. I am waiting two days now for support. Not acceptable. Options are a crucial part of a shop, and customer service must be faster in case of issues. If you offer your app worldwide, then you have to offer worldwide customer service as well. Show more
