I have tried 10+ custom options app and this app is the best: ease of use, organization of option sets, conditional logic based on app options OR shopify variants, etc. I was picky about the way the buttons were appearing in my site and Lich on their customer service team was absolutely fantastic to work with. I recently started using the app, and it has been fantastic! I was able to create multiple listings with variations in just one day. Once you set up your option set, applying it to other listings is incredibly straightforward. I did encounter a minor issue at the start, but Anne, Charles, and Violette were incredibly helpful and resolved it quickly. The team is not only responsive but also very kind.
