This app is working fine but I will be removing it as I cannot afford the increase from $24.00 to $99.00. we are only a small company and only sell 120 -150 euros a month to the EU so is not cost effective. They must be losing hundreds of customers because of this. Their app on the app store is still advertising at $24.00 a month so newbies beware, they are increasing their monthly fees very soon Show more
Crossborderit setup for me. However, it only picks up order for Sweden and not any other country. At £24 per month, I am paying too much for no orders from Sweden most months. Money down the drain. Now they are increasing their fees to $100, I cannot afford this especially as it does not pick up order from other EU countries. Show more
I was originally happy with the app ans service until I received an email informing me in December of a massive price hike from 20 euros to 99 euros a month. As a result I have cancelled my subscription. Show more
I was initially happy with the service. But the 500% price hike stinks. Hooking people in then hike the charges by an outrageous amount is poor behaviour and I have cancelled my account.. Show more
We installed this app to try and figure out how we can easily deal EU Vat tax payments. It simply didn't work from the start - our account on the Crossborderit.com site couldn't connect to the app due to not recognising the integration key. Crossborderit kept asking us to send them money to get the IOSS number registration and I refused as long as the app was not integrating. After 4-5 emails to support about this fundamental issue nothing happened except promises about the developers fixing it. Still nothing 3-4 weeks on so I am giving up on this shambles of an app and shambles of a company - I cannot recommend this app. Show more
