DO NOT get this app. Shopify is no longer supporting it and this is a quote from a tech support rep: the current app is in maintenance mode, meaning that developers are only investing resources into resolving "critical security fixes or widespread bugs". I have been using your application since November of last year, and everything has been running smoothly. However, since the latest Shopify update, I have encountered a problem. When a customer places an order, they no longer see the download link on the page, even though I have it activated in the settings. This issue only started occurring after the recent update. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. By the way, I want to mention that the application is otherwise very, very good. Show more
There is a minor problem with the application. When the purchase process is completed, the file download feature does not appear on the purchase completion page. The file is only sent by email * The application does not appear when the Checkout page is modified Show more
I've used this app for almost ten years, and although it's not perfect, it does the job of sending my customers links to their purchased PDF patterns, and it's free. I would LOVE it if the files you uploaded were marked with a date! I would LOVE it if customer email addresses were synchronized with the address they use and updated in Shopify. Finally, the customers who have canceled a purchase or have received a refund don't get a new link sent if the file is updated. Finally, a hosted version of the app would be amazing.
