They say to ignore the old reviews and things have changed but I can't see how. I added the download pdf without a problem - did a test check out and there is no link, or any information to download the pdf. Crazy! Show more
This app was coded in the middle ages and haven't been updated since! Here are 2 critical issues: - It is not compatible with the new customer account, there is no way for your client to download the files they purchased from the Order page. - You cannot HTML markup the email templates for Download Ready and for Updated Product, all you're left with is some crude text that looks like a badly formatted spam email Digital Downloads app devs, are you still alive? I don't know what the Devs did but this app is currently useless. Not only do new customers not get an email or a download link, but OLD customers lost access to their previous download links on their Order Status Page. This app literally does nothing now. Show more
