We've been using for over a year and it worked ok for a while but hasn't worked in 5 - 6 months and the support team has been useless. We have opened up multiple support tickets and can never get them to fix the issue. Bottom line is if you type an address in the store locator will not show you to closest store unless you increase the mileage bar to unlimited, then it shows every store in the country. Going to try and different app with better support. Show more

I really did not think that they would solve my issue this fast (under 24 hours) and to be honest, it was kind of our fault that the issue even occurred, but they still helped us to resolve it and stayed super nice. The app is actually super useful and I'm glad we have it. We had an issue with getting config settings to work, and I didn't realize that we had to specifically check our API key before doing so. I messaged the chat help, and this lovely assistant, Jena, helped me out and immediately got my issue fixed. I'm so thoroughly impressed to get help at a time I didn't expect to get help at (7 pm PST) and that it actually fixed my problem that I went out of my way to post this review. Thank you all!
