We used this app to help us with volume discounts that would be handy if it worked properly. Discounts didn't work for some customers without us knowing then had to manually check ourselves after complaints, ended up just giving us more work trying to fix the issues. Customer service hasn't been muich help basically saying it's a customer issue when it's supposed to be an automatic discount and servers were slow and being upgraded but still have the same issues. We have constantly had discounts that haven't worked for some customers without us knowing then had to manually check ourselves after complaints, ended up just giving us more work trying to fix the issues.
