Shopacado ‑ Volume Discounts

I haven't been using this app for long but so far it has solved all my problems. I am able to offer a tiered discount to my customers to entice them to order more. I also can provide specific discounts for my wholesale account holders. What I love most is that even though I have tiered discounts for bulk buying I can still offer a coupon code that my customers can use with the bulk buy discounts!!!! I have tried several applications to apply volume discounts, and in my opinion this is definitely the best!...simple, it addresses complex scenarios and allows you to give the customer options that with Shoppiy's native discount functionality is not possible. Horrible app! Mind you- they push you to write a review the very first day you get the app. No wonder there are so many 5 stars. I have lost so many sales due to this app. I was using the Buy More Save More volume discount function. The app was live on my store and every other customer was getting the discount. I had multiple emails asking why they didn't receive the discount on their order. (what a nightmare) I was on chat with customer service for a total of 6 hours in 3 days. They are very responsive but are no help at all. The app people blamed my customer's internet for the discount not going through. I totally regret ever downloading and installing this app. Show more
