If there was a 0 star option I would give it that. The customer not helpful at all, only replies when they want to. Very pushy when it comes to reviews. Was asked to leave a 5 star review by 2 different customer support agents on my first day of using this app. Lot of bugs with the app as well. Initially the customer service was superb. Mostly replying within a few minutes but on my second day of use I waited over an hour but still not reply. The estimated reply time was set to be less then 1 minute. Very disappointed. Show more
UPDATE: stay away from this APP. 1 ) It doesn't work properly with multicurrency. But they don't tell you and it's not easy to notice. We have found that it converts any currency in a 1 to 1 ratio with the main currency of the store. This resulted in some customers seeing prices 100 or 1000 times higher than the real selling price. 2) Say goodbye to abandoned carts. It handles orders in a very convoluted way, all orders that go through the cart become "Draft orders". It is therefore not possible to send recovery cart emails to customers. Very bad experience.
