I want to report to Shopify fraud activity by this team. They are selling empty courses and refusing responsibility for their actions. They don't provide valid support, neither are they refunding ater admitting their mistakes. I gave them access to my store and they solved NOTHING. I recommend everyone to stay away from these people and all the apps they create. They are unprofessional and incompetent. Show more
The support team is amazing! I usually get a reply in 5-10min., but today on Saturday I even got my reply right after 2min. I highly recommend. The support team DO read the messages, and they DO request only info that was really missing in my email. Short and very effective communication. And not only today! Cheers team, you are amazing!
