The best feature about the app is that it saves the translations in Shopify, and doesn't just slap a live translator over your store that slows everything down. I have noticed however that the translations aren't always perfect. It doesn't happen a lot, but 'Boats' in Dutch was translated to 'Nothing' for example. The support is very good however. I haven't had to wait more than a minute to get a reply. Show more

best app for translate, easy to use and customer service always available, fast and kind. I've tried several translation apps (I would say all), but none of them offer what this app offers. Let's start by saying that it's very easy to use, it basically divides what you need to translate into sections and even if you're not sure where to look, there's a search box where you just need to enter a keyword and you'll find the exact section in to look for. In addition to the classic manual translation function, you can have the text translated by artificial intelligence, in this way, even if you have no experience with a certain language, you can have a correct translation. Another thing I want to add is that in the past I have needed their help and it should be noted that in this app there is a chat, unlike the ompetitors where you have to write an email and wait for an answer, here they answer you immediately and they can help you immediately. The cost is not high for what it offers. I recommend it to everyone. Show more
