Merci à Thomas pour avoir été réactif sur les problèmes rencontrés. A savoir le choix du point relais pour les clients sur Mobile (une autre app interferait, Le Shop Messenger de Facebook que j'ai supprimé) Il nous a également mis en place un filtre "sans colissimo" pour pouvoir choisir le point relais à la place du client si celui-ci n'y arrivait pas (suite au premier bug). Cela évitait de revenir dans la liste des commandes et de chercher celles qui n'avaient pas de point relais. A bientot ;) Show more
Je recommande vivement cette appli, car fait gagner du temps, retours hors UE particulièrement bien pensés,et SURTOUT service client tres reactif, à l'écoute, réponses en temps reel (en français ;-) Pour ma part, pas totalement adaptée à mon usage, qui est particulièrement complexe (hors UE) Show more
