Je commence juste à utiliser l'application mais je suis pour l'instant très contente de son fonctionnement et surtout de l'assistance proposée. J'ai contacté le support pour un petit souci, quelqu'un m'a rappelé dans la demi-heure et a été super efficace et sympathique. Nous avons pu résoudre le problème ensemble pas à pas, c'est vraiment agréable d'avoir des réponses claires. Show more

{commentaire révisé} Après un problème avec la version mobile, Thomas (du support) a tout réglé très rapidement, et avec le sourire! Tout marche très bien sur le front et le backoffice en desktop, et maintenant en version mobile. Je suis en train de transitionner depuis woocommerce et l'expérience Colissimo n'a rien à voir, c'est le jour et la nuit, un bonheur ! L'app mérite définitivement 5* maintenant ! Show more
