I am very disappointed in the support. Recently an update was made to the app which removed one of the reports that my company relied on heavily. It’s been two weeks now since I’ve reached out to them on my own and about a week since the soft handoff with Shopify. I’ve received no response and Shopify support was also very useless in this matter. I’ll be finding alternative options for my stores moving forward. Show more
